What it's all about
VIP Diner En Blanc
A Red Carpet, All White, VIP Dining Experience! There will be food, drinks and entertainment, some provided by you, the attendee and some by us, the Host.
You must register below to get on the wait list to reserve a seat for this event. This is a LIMITED ticket event and will sell out fast! You will be contacted via the email you provided if you have made the reservation list on how to purchase your tickets and all event information. You must make your payment within 24 hours to hold your reservation. If payment is not made within 24 hours from the time of notification your reservation will be forfeited to others on the wait list.
The MOST important part when considering attending the VIP Dîner en Blanc is THE RULES! THE RULES & PROCESS ARE SO EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY AND GIVES EACH OF THE GUESTS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
IMPORTANT RULES FOR THE EVENT
- You must purchase TWO tickets ($25 ea). All attendees must be in pairs.
- Once we have confirmed your registration & ticket you and your partner are now MANDATORY to attend. NO REFUNDS, Transfers or exchanges!
- You and your guest MUST arrive in an elegant head-to-toe white outfit. The white must be a crisp, bright white. NO CREAM, NO OFF-WHITE, NO SHORTS, NO SNEAKERS.
- Everything you bring into VIP Dîner En Blanc MUST be WHITE.
- You and your guest MUST bring all of your table items: a white picnic basket and/or bag including a gourmet meal for two, a white tablecloth/overlay and cloth-napkins, cutlery, dishware, and glassware. (table cloth/overlay + napkins, utensils, glassware, and table decor are all required). Tables, chairs and a tablecloth will be provided. Table centerpieces and/or other items MUST NOT be taller than 18" or obstruct the view of guest. (Battery operated flames only)
- Everything MUST fit within your table space. 24"x30"
- *** You and your guest are ALLOWED to accessorize your table decor & outfit with METALLICS: gold, silver, copper, bronze and rose gold.
- You and your guest must bring with you, your own, catered or meal prepped FOOD for the evening. VIP Dîner en Blanc will have a sweet treat table for guest to partake.
- You and your guest must bring your own drinks (Champagne and Wine ONLY). NO SPIRITS is allowed to be brought into VIP Dîner en Blanc.
- VIP Dîner en Blanc will have a mini bar set up with, Water, Soda, juices, and White Sangria as the Signature drink of the evening available to guest free of charge. Drink responsibly. No Spirits.
- All items brough into VIP Dîner en Blanc by guest must be able to be carried in one (1), bag, case or container that is NO LARGER then a carry-on luggage suitcase. (Carrying containers will need to be taken back to guest cars after set-up. Guest can pay a coat check fee to store carriers).
- YOU and your guest must arrive on time with all of your items.
WHAT TO WEAR TO VIP DÎNER EN BLANC
WHITE, WHITE, WHITE! This is about elegance! It’s your time to shine in head-to-toe white! NOT cream or off white… your outfit needs to be a clean, crisp, bright white! Originality is highly encouraged and there is a possibility of a best dressed contests. Shorts and Sneakers are not allowed.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY
The day of VIP Dîner en Blanc will most likely be a little hectic, so prepare as much as you can ahead of time. This means do a mock display of your table set up at home to make sure you have everything you need, then pack it all up for the event. Also pack the car ahead of time.
Before you start on your way to the event, make sure you have everything you need! You and your guest should already be in your most stylish all-white outfit and have all of the necessary items with you. If you have done this, you won't have to stop on the way to pick up any forgotten items which may cause you to be late.
Once you have arrived you will be given a wrist band and a table number, then directed where to go to set-up your table. This is an indoor event and will happen rain or shine! You may want to bring an umbrella depending on the weather that day, to cover yourself for unloading and reloading after the event is over.
You have a short window of time to set up before everyone must be seated. You must do this quickly to make sure you are not holding up the group. (Practice setting your table and decor ahead of time so you know everything works well!)
After all are seated VIP Dîner en Blanc officially starts and the eating begins. After eating, the dance floor and entertainment really begin! The rest is up to you, your guests and your new friends to have the time of your lives, VIP STYLE!
